Pavilion Director of Nursing Minimum of 2 year experience as DON or ADON in long term care setting over 60 beds. Must be in good standing with Board of Nursing. Experience in MDS/Care Planning and Medicare RUGS utilization. Previous experience in leadership/management position skills, risk management quality assurance and performance improvement. 
RN/LPN PRN for 12 hours all shifts every other weekend
CNA’S FT 40/week 3-11 shift (3)
PT 3-11 every other weekend (3)
PT 11-7 every other weekend (2)
PRN all shifts needed
Wellness Clinic Nurse Responder PRN for 12 hours all shifts.
Beyer House                   CNA 32/week for 3-11 shifts and 16/week 3-11 shifts and
PRN all shifts. Med tech certified is a plus.
Penmor Place CNA PT 8/wk 7-3 shift every other weekend and PRN all shifts needed.
Hagen Care  CNA FT 32/wk & PT 24 for evening shift and PRN all shifts. Med Tech certified is a plus. 
Maintenance Ground Position FT 40/wk 7:30am-4 pm experience preferred.
Housekeeper FT 40/wk 7:30am-4 pm, every third weekend.
Experience preferred.
Renovation Speical Projects FT 40/wk, responsible for building, installing and  
repairing structures, fixtures, furnitures and 
other duties as assigned. Experience required.
Dining Services Dish Utility PT 20/week.
