PRC RECEIVES GIFT FROM THE PAUL & KLARE REINHOLD FOUNDATION

PENNEY FARMS, Florida, October 26, 2018 – Penney Retirement Community is pleased to announce a generous pledge in the amount of $250,000 from The Paul E. and Klare N. Reinhold Foundation, Inc., a longtime friend and supporter of Penney Retirement Community. The donation will help support Penney Retirement Community’s new nursing care home facility, which is currently under construction. “Penney Retirement Community is looking forward to providing its new nursing care home with upgraded medical facilities, and large homelike rooms that feature current technology and comfortable places for family and friends to visit,” said Teresa Scott, President/CEO of Penney Retirement Community. “Penney’s vision is for all people to age well in the place they call home and the Reinhold Foundation is helping us fulfill that vision.” “Paul and Klare Reinhold had deep historical ties to the Penney Farms community,” said J.F. Bryan IV, Chairman of the Reinhold Foundation. “Paul and Klare supported many elder care causes, including healthcare and its related ability to help people live fuller, happier lives. The Reinhold Foundation is proud to carry on their tradition with this gift.” The new nursing care home is scheduled to open in April of 2019. The 50-bed facility sits in a natural setting on Penney Retirement Community’s 200-acre campus and will include a chapel for reflection and spiritual needs.
