RECOGNIZED WITH THRASHER-HORNE CENTER AWARD

Congratulations to Jack and Helen Stephens, Penney residents since 2004, for receiving the 2015-16 Executive Director Award for 13 years of volunteer service at the Thrasher-Horne Center for the Arts! The award was presented at a special dinner at The Hilltop Club in Orange Park last week. The couple received a standing ovation, and Helen spoke briefly about their volunteerism and about living at Penney Retirement Community.
