Our home choices at Penney Retirement Community are outstanding! You may select from Cottage Apartment Homes, Quad Apartment Homes, Single-Family Homes, and Duplex Homes. The best part of looking for the “right home” at Penney Retirement Community is how quickly visitors find themselves imagining and measuring to envision how their furniture will work the best! Each type of home is described briefly below. To learn more about a particular type home, just click on the underlined heading. Our unique cottages homes are one or two bedrooms. Located across our beautiful campus, each apartment is part of a single building cluster of either three or four cottage apartment homes. The cottages offer between 900 and 1450 square feet of living space, and are a favorite type home among residents.
Quad apartments are large one-room efficiency or two-room apartments located in our beautiful two-story Christian Herald Quadrangle Building. The Quad offers over sixty apartments and is situated in the center of everything at the community.
Pleasing and attractive, our popular Single Family Homes and Duplex Homes range in space from 1550 to 2250 square feet. They offer extra privacy, space, a garage and a long list of features, and a variety of delightful and functional floor plans! |

Why don’t you have floor plans of your living accommodations? Answer: Nearly every home, dupex and apartment at PRC has a unique floor plan, so it is impractical to produce hundreds of different floor plans. We do offer floor plans of available homes to prospective residents.
