Admissions Guidelines
Age
Entering Residents must be from fifty-five to eighty-five years of age.
Christian Community.
Founded as a Christian community in 1926, Penney Retirement Community welcomes all of those who desire to live in a Christian environment among Christian people.
Volunteerism
Serving others through volunteerism has been part of the Penney Retirement community philosophy from its beginning. Those who elect to become new residents share the philosophy and practice of volunteerism with current residents.
Health
New residents enter Penney Retirement Community in an independent living accommodation and environment across a two-hundred acre campus. One’s health and physical condition should be such that a medical doctor would reasonably expect the candidate to be able to live independently for five or more years after entering the community.
Financial Position
Penney Retirement Community financial guidelines will be presented in a personal interview or when one requests more information.
